Sarah worked for the UK Department for Environment, Food and Rural Affairs and as an environmental consultant before, in 1988, joining QinetiQ, ultimately leading its largest operating businesses, Maritime, Land and Weapons and becoming a director of the QinetiQ Australia business. In 2017, Sarah was appointed Chief Executive of the BMT Group. She is a member of the UK Defence Innovation External Advisory Panel, the UK Department for Transport Maritime 2050 Expert Panel, and the UK Maritime Enterprise Working Group.

Jerry’s commands have included HMS Monmouth, HMS Ark Royal, HMS Illustrious and HMS Queen Elizabeth. Promoted Rear Admiral in 2018, he was appointed Commander UK Maritime Forces and Rear Admiral Surface Ships. Shore appointments include Military Assistant and Deputy Principal Staff Of cer to the Chief of Defence Staff, the Deputy Head of the Directorate of Operational Capability and as a desk of cer for the Future Surface Combatant project. Now promoted Vice Admiral, he was appointed Fleet Commander in March 2019.

Kitack graduated in nautical studies and later worked on ships and in the Republic of Korea’s maritime administration. He represented Korea IMO meetings and was posted
to its London embassy as Maritime Attaché and Deputy Permanent Representative to the IMO. Since 2011, Kitack has been Director General for Maritime Safety Policy Bureau, Ministry of Land, Transport and Maritime Affairs; Commissioner, Korean Maritime Safety Tribunal; and President, Busan Port Authority.He holds Master’s degrees from Yonsei University and World Maritime University.

Alastair is a qualified Chartered Accountant and worked for Price Waterhouse before holding a number of senior financial management positions within the telecoms, chemicals, software, technology and computing sectors. Alastair is a member of the Global Maritime Forum Advisory Council and a Trustee of the Royal Museums Greenwich, where he chairs the Audit and Risk Committee.

Michael joined Citibank in 1977, rising to Head of Northern Europe Shipping in 1989 and to Global Industry Head in 1997. In 2007, he was appointed Corporate Banking Division Executive for the UK and Northern Europe and became Joint Head for the UK Banking and Broking business in 2009.
Michael is also a Vice Chairman of Corporate & Investment Banking (EMEA) and co-head of the CIB Industrials sector in EMEA. In 2016, he was also appointed Chairman Corporate Banking EMEA.

Paddy served as CEO of Euronav from 2000-2019 and on the Board of Directors from June 2003-May 2019. He currently serves as a Director and Chairman of ITOPF Ltd appointed 2011. He was appointed Director of the Royal Museums Greenwich in August 2019. Paddy graduated in law from University College London in 1981 and from the College of Law, Guildford in 1982. In 1984, Paddy was admitted to practice law in England & Wales, and in 1986, in Hong Kong.
