In the wake of MEPC80 this panel will explore the market response to environmental regulation, a fragmented and complex trading environment and continued call for greater transparency in the market. How must the relationship between charterers and the providers of ocean freight services evolve, what contractual limitations exist, and what innovations will be required to deliver compliance, decarbonisation and improved security.
