World-leading classification society DNV and world-class ship manager and maritime service provider Columbia Shipmanagement are heading the line-up of new sponsors of London International Shipping Week 2023.
Repeating the commitment they showed in LISW21, DNV has become the latest Platinum Sponsor of LISW23 while CSM has underlined its commitment to the week-long event by becoming a Silver Sponsor. By supporting the week as they have done, they will both benefit strongly from hosting their own events during the week, attended by major decision makers in the global shipping industry.
4 Pump Court Chambers and West P&I have also announced their support of LISW23 by becoming Bronze sponsors of the event.
Llewellyn Bankes-Hughes, Director of Shipping Innovation and co-founder of LISW, welcomed the addition of the four new sponsors to the LISW23 family.
He said: “LISW23 is already demonstrating that it is one of the most diverse and pan-industry events in the global maritime calendar. The announcement that a major classification society and one of the world’s major shipmanagers have lent their support to this important week will only go to compliment the contribution that will be made by major P&I clubs and barristers chambers like West P&I and 4 Pump Court Chambers.”
Between September 11-15, next year, the UK will play host to the global maritime world, with hundreds of events attracting thousands of international industry decision makers into London.
