As part of London International Shipping Week 2023, BIMCO’s Contracts & Clauses team will be in London and give you an update on its current work programme, including contracts and clauses being developed in topical areas such as decarbonisation (low carbon fuels, CII, ETS), war risks and sanctions.
Other major projects include the revision of BIMCO’s popular suite of ship management agreements, a new management agreement for autonomous ships and the first revision in over four decades of the widely used voyage tanker charter form ASBATANKVOY which we are revising with copyright holders ASBA.
With the invaluable assistance of hundreds of experts within the industry, the Contracts & Clauses team has, over the past 115 years, developed more than 300 standards – for the industry and by the industry.
