We are very pleased to be holding the first Quadrant LISW Debate: Debating new horizons in Trade Finance and Decarbonisation.
Join Simon Rainey KC, Rob Thomas KC, Ruth Hosking and Koye Akoni as they debate (1) whether the Court of Appeal were right in Unicredit Bank AG v Euronav NV and the likely wider impact on trade finance and (2) where the balance is to be struck between the stakeholders in a changing regulatory environment regarding greener shipping and decarbonisation. Chirag Karia KC will chair the debate.
