Don’t miss our complimentary breakfast debate: ‘London – the global shipping service centre in 2050?’
The debate will comprise ‘for’ and ‘against’ arguments from key industry figures, followed by a vote to canvas views on London’s future position in the shipping services market. It promises to a lively and informative event, and one of great relevance to service providers, ship operators and policy makers alike.
Chairing the debate will be Mr. Julian Bray, Editor-in-Chief, TradeWinds.
Dr. Martin Stopford, the leading maritime economist and Ms. Inga Beale, CEO of Lloyd’s of London will represent the campaign ‘for’ London being the global shipping service centre in 2050; and Ms. Sabrina Chao, Hong Kong shipowner and Mr. Esben Poulsson, President of the Singapore Shipping Association will represent the campaign ‘against’.
