FAQS

Covid-19 – Cancellation Policy 2021

We are continuously monitoring the Covid-19 situation across the world and assessing the potential impact on each of our in-person events.

If you have already registered and paid to attend one of Shipping Innovation’s official events but are subsequently informed by the authorities in your country of residence that you are not permitted to travel abroad at the time of that event, you will be given the opportunity to transfer your registration to a rescheduled date (should rescheduling be possible) but should you find that you are unable to attend on the new dates for any reason – and are unable to transfer the registration to a colleague – Shipping Innovation will refund your registration fees in full.

We are working closely with our hotel and venue partners to ensure that our clients are not exposed to any financial risk should they be obliged to cancel. However, any hotel cancelations will be at the discretion of the hotel, rather than Shipping Innovation.

Shipping Innovation reserves the right to require proof of vaccination status and/or a recent negative Covid-19 test and to request a temperature test on arrival at the event, in line with any local Government guidelines. We will also follow all local Government guidelines with regards to social distancing, participant numbers and sanitisation standards.

Please note these guidelines are subject to change but you will be made aware of any implications ahead of time.

WiFi @ the LISW21 Conference and Dinner

There will be a dedicated LISW21 WiFi network available in the Main Hall kindly sponsored by The Baltic Exchange. Full details of how to access this will be included in your joining instructions.
