Elisabeth Munck af Rosenschöld is a passionate change agent focused on making sustainability a true enabler for business success. Since 2016, based in Switzerland, she has headed global sustainability for IKEA Supply Chain Operations, with a strong focus on reaching ambitious climate targets for global transportation and logistics.

She holds a Master of Law degree from Lund University and a Master of Science degree in Environmental Management and Policy from the international Institute of Industrial Environmental Economics, Lund University. Throughout her professional life she has worked in the area of sustainability within different business sectors and management consultancies.
