A Social Anthropologist who’s passion for the richness of diversity and the psychology of the human race has led her to her current role. As the Global ED&I Lead at Royal HaskoningDHV, she drives and coordinates initiatives centred around gender, LGBTQ+, ethnicity and disability. Focused on developing, embedding, and continually improving the ED&I strategy, Cecilia works alongside cross-territory senior leadership teams within the HR function, Integrity and Compliance, Regional Management Boards, Executive Board and Marketing and Communications.
Cecilia is Chair of the Ethnicity in Maritime network, founded by Maritime UK’s Diversity in Maritime programme and is a Board member of the employee led charity BrITE Foundation at RHDHV, aligning the company’s ethos surrounding social value, sustainability and the UN’s Sustainable Development Goals in the projects the Foundation supports around the world.
Cecilia is also a multi-lingual senior PA who has worked in a diverse range of industries such as Insurance, Aerospace Engineering, Finance and Creative Communications and has supported Senior Managers and Directors as well as CEOs and MDs.
